Job description

An exciting opportunity exists for a very senior and well qualified construction manager for a large, high-profile execution project in the North West area.

The incumbent will start in the Johannesburg offices for the first 3-4 months and then be based on site for approximately 15-18 months.

Qualifications

• BEng / BSc / BTech Engineering qualification

Skills

• A minimum of 20 years relevant experience in the mining / mineral processing industry, including experience in having worked for EPCM companies
• Smelter project experience preferred
• Proven track record with large, complex major capital projects
• Excellent communication and people skills required
• Must be in good health to be active on site
