Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking a Senior Copywriter for a US-based digital marketing agency focused on healthcare, medical, and dental equipment industries. You will translate complex briefs into clear, persuasive messaging across websites, landing pages, social, email, and ads, adapting voice to each brand.

Collaborating with account management, creative, design, SEO, and paid media, you’ll own copy projects from brief to final approval, manage deadlines in ClickUp, and stay ahead of digital marketing

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional copywriting experience in marketing/creative agency.
• Experience writing for B2B, healthcare, MedTech, or medical devices.
• Strong portfolio across digital channels (web, social, email, ads).
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing principles, audience psychology, brand positioning, and persuasive communication.
• Ability to present concepts and recommendations to clients.
• Adapt writing style and tone for different brands, audiences, platforms.
• Strong research skills to understand complex products, services, and industries.
• Experience with design, account management, SEO, paid media, and strategy teams.
• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities; manage multiple deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp or similar PM tools.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and paid advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop copy for digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, social media, emails, ads, and presentations.
• Understand client objectives, audiences, brand voice, messaging, and content requirements.
• Translate briefs and campaigns into clear, engaging messaging.
• Create and maintain distinct brand voices, messaging frameworks, headlines, and CTAs.
• Write persuasive copy for paid search, social, display, and email.
• Research clients, industries, competitors, and audiences to inform content.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, Design, SEO, Paid Media, and Social teams.
• Present copy concepts and rationale to clients; explain messaging decisions.
• Review, edit, and proofread content for grammar, tone, and brand alignment; incorporate feedback.
• Manage multiple client projects in ClickUp; track status, briefs, revisions, and approvals.
• Own copy projects from brief to final approval; proactively update clients and teams.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and AI-assisted writing tools.
