Bionic Talent in Johannesburg/Remote is seeking a Senior Copywriter to craft compelling copy across digital marketing channels for healthcare and MedTech brands. You will translate complex objectives into persuasive messaging and help shape multiple client brands with strong voices and effective CTAs.

The role requires 5–8 years of agency copywriting experience, a strong portfolio across digital channels, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency.
• Experience writing for B2B, healthcare, MedTech, medical devices, or similar industries.
• Strong portfolio across digital marketing channels (web, social, email, ads).
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing principles, audience psychology, brand positioning and persuasive messaging.
• Ability to present concepts directly to clients with confidence and clarity.
• Ability to adapt writing style for different brands, audiences, and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling copy for campaigns, websites, landing pages, social media, emails, ads, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, audiences, brand voice, and content needs.
• Translate briefs and strategies into clear, engaging messaging across channels.
• Create and maintain distinct brand voices, messaging frameworks, headlines, and CTAs.
• Write persuasive copy for paid search, social, display, websites, and emails.
• Research industries, competitors, products, and audiences to inform content.
• Work with Account, Creative, Design, SEO, Paid Media, and Social teams on integrated campaigns.
• Present copy concepts and rationale to clients; incorporate feedback and revisions.
• Review and edit content for grammar, tone, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Manage multiple client projects in ClickUp, tracking status and deadlines.
• Own copywriting projects from brief to final approval; communicate status to teams and clients.
• Stay updated on digital marketing, SEO, AI-assisted writing tools, and emerging trends.
