Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Medical Affairs Manager to lead the medical affairs function in a fully remote capacity, supporting Benoni and beyond. You will develop and execute the medical strategy for key therapeutic areas, engage with key opinion leaders, and ensure scientific integrity of company products.

The ideal candidate holds MBChB/MD or PhD, with 7+ years in Medical Affairs, proven KOL management, and deep knowledge of clinical research and drug development.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MBChB/MD) or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing medical strategies and managing KOL relationships.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, drug development, and relevant therapeutic areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead remotely.
• Experience in manuscript preparation and presentation at scientific congresses.
