We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our team.

As a Senior Media Buyer at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions will reflect the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise covers the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and foundational principles of media acquisition.

Your role goes beyond delivering measurable business outcomes—you will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing engagement builds trust, strengthens client relationships, and positions CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing.

You will also be a representative and zealous advocate for CTC's unique approach to media acquisition and its tools.

  • Implement CTC’s Meta best practices, build campaigns, and manage ideologies and processes.

  • Maintain within 5% delta to forecast.
  • Align daily with clients on performance vs. forecast & strategy.
  • Follow Prophet system execution to 100% within timelines.

Client Communication

  • Champion communication, ensuring client alignment and team clarity on goals and deadlines.
  • Send daily performance updates.
  • Align weekly strategy and forecast with clients.
  • Provide weekly updates during strategy calls.

SALARY RANGE

  • First month: $2,000
  • Second month: $4,000
  • Third month: ~$7,000/month
  • 1st Year: $64,000-$76,000
  • 2nd Year: $100,000-$120,000

This depends on clients and work quality.
