We're looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Media Buyer to join our team. As a Senior Media Buyer at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.

You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients.

At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC's Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition. Onboarding

  • Align with the team and contribute to the team called Brain Trust for ideas across clients.
  • Manage, align & work with the team members of your pod including Google strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Upkeep of data integrity of your clients across Statlas.
  • Responsible for the execution of the Prophet system for your clients.
  • Building a Growth Forecast for your clients.
  • Building a Growth map using the Prophet System.
  • Data Analysis required for the Map.
  • Marketing calendar alignment and upkeep with clients.
  • The Daily Execution and Actualisation vs the Forecast.
  • Make tactical deconstructions and actualize the projections each day to adjust them to meet KPIs.
  • Combine data analysis and feedback from clients to develop strategic plans for the future.
  • Be among the first early adopters when it's time to pivot.
  • Take a lead in situations that present any obstacle to execution.
  • Implement CTC's Meta best practices.
  • Build campaigns using our structure and best practices.
  • Monitor active campaigns, and adjust budgets and strategy to ensure the best possible chance of hitting the daily targets.
  • Implement tests in your accounts to beat your best campaigns.
Ensuring and Holding the Standard of Quality of Work
  • Ensure within a 5% delta to the forecast.
  • Ensure daily alignment with the client vs the forecast & strategy.
  • Ensure above benchmark client satisfaction rate feedback.
  • Follow Prophet system execution timelines.
  • Deliver all work on time with quality and attention to detail.
Client Communication
  • Champion communication, ensuring client alignment on goals and next steps, and clarity for your team.
  • Send daily performance updates to the client.
  • Ensure daily alignment across strategy and forecast with the client.
  • Provide weekly updates on strategy calls.
Contributing Back
  • Contribute learnings to the system for feedback and improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams for ideas and learning.
  • Contribute to future company content production.
Next-Level Skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, persuasive and clear presentation abilities, and emotional intelligence.
  • Great data analysis skills, familiar with Google Sheets, eager to learn.
  • Historical expertise from domains like mathematics, data analytics, business operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.

This role will be client-facing.

  • First month: $2
  • Second month: $4
  • Third month (on average): $7
  • 1st Year Annual Range: $64K - $76K
  • 2nd Year Annual Range: depends on client load and quality of work
