Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering with strong focus on project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex engineering projects.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and CAD/CAE software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
