The candidate will mentor engineers, set the technical vision, and ensure timely delivery across dispersed teams while leveraging CAD/CAE tools and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years in mechanical engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Expert in CAD/CAE software including CATIA, SolidWorks and ANSYS.
• Strong leadership, communication and remote team motivation skills.
• Experience in Agile development is desirable.

Responsibilities
