Senior Mechanical Engineer

• ECSA Pr. Eng Registration (essential); ECSA Fire Registration is a plus.
• Membership with ASHRAE, SAIRAC, or SAIMECHE (advantageous).
• Expertise in designing for high-rise buildings and healthcare facilities.
• Proficiency with CANUTE, AUTOCAD, and Revit.
• Strong project management skills, capable of independently running projects valued at R30m+.
• Experience with mechanical systems (e.g., Wet, Fire, Medical, Compressed Air).
• Competence in tendering, contract administration (JBCC, NEC3), and financial management.
• Proven leadership in mentoring and team collaboration.
• Valid drivers licence and own transport.
