Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of mechanical systems and components, utilizing advanced CAD software.
• Perform detailed stress analysis, thermal analysis, and vibration analysis to validate designs and ensure performance under various operating conditions.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure integrated product development.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, bill of materials (BOMs), and test procedures.
• Oversee the prototyping and testing phases of new designs, troubleshooting issues and implementing design modifications as necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize designs for manufacturability, cost‑effectiveness, and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on design best practices and standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mechanical engineering technologies and methodologies.

Requirements
