Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in advanced 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) and FEA analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems from concept to production.
• Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA) for 3D modeling, simulations, and manufacturing drawings.
• Perform stress, thermal, and vibration analyses using FEA tools to ensure design integrity.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams for system integration.
• Develop and execute testing and validation plans for prototypes and production units.
• Troubleshoot design issues during development and manufacturing phases.
• Research and implement new technologies and materials to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor junior engineers and prepare project documentation.
