Senior Mathematics Teacher

Christ Church Preparatory School and College is an independent school in Midrand. We have a Christian ethos and core values and our aim is to develop young men and women of Christian character within an institution of academic and extra-mural excellence. The school ranges from Grade 000 to Grade 12.

We are looking for a full time MATHEMATICS teacher, with MATRIC experience, qualified to teach Grade 7 to Grade 12, to commence on 1 September 2025.

The applicant must:

• Be a Protestant based Christian and support and promote the school’s Christian ethos
• Have an appropriate teaching qualification (degree/diploma) majoring in Mathematics
• Be experienced (minimum 3 years) teaching Mathematics to Grades 8 – 12
• Be competent using all aspects of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ADAM would be an advantage
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be willing to work as part of a team with other teachers
• Be fully qualified and registered with SACE and if not South African, have the necessary work permit to qualify for employment in South Africa.

Teaching of the IEB curriculum will be a distinct advantage.
