Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Marketing Strategist with at least 8 years of experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a marketer who excels in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns and has a proven track record in driving digital growth. The successful candidate will be skilled in email marketing, SEM, and SEO, and will play a key role in enhancing our online visibility, defining impactful marketing strategies, and gathering competitive market intelligence.

This role will also focus heavily on top-of-funnel (TOFU) and demand generation for new product launches, ensuring high-quality lead acquisition and pipeline growth. The right candidate will be adept at identifying and executing opportunities to increase awareness and engagement for our latest offerings.

Responsibilities
  1. Demand Generation & TOFU Growth: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and raise awareness for new product launches, utilizing paid, organic, and content-driven approaches.
  2. Email Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage targeted email campaigns aligned with business goals. Develop segmentation strategies, optimize content, and conduct A/B testing to improve open rates and conversions.
  3. SEM & SEO: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page SEO, and manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and improve search rankings. Continuously analyze and refine efforts to maximize ROI.
  4. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute marketing strategies that foster growth, increase brand visibility, and meet business objectives. Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  5. Website Optimization: Enhance website visibility, engagement, and conversion rates using analytics tools to understand user behavior and recommend improvements.
  6. Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze industry trends, customer insights, and competitive information to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
  7. Content & Campaign Management: Work with content and creative teams to develop compelling content across channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience with expertise in demand generation, TOFU growth, email marketing, SEM, SEO, and digital strategy.
  • Proven experience in driving awareness and pipeline for new product launches.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, MailChimp).
  • Data analysis skills and a results-driven mindset for making data-informed decisions.
  • Ability to develop clear, actionable strategies and communicate them effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and industry trend awareness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
