Pavago is seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Coordinator to execute content, social media, CRM workflows, and program administration. This is a fully remote role with U.S.

PST hours and close collaboration with leadership to keep campaigns and assets organized. You will manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms; run email campaigns, maintain CRM records, and coordinate onboarding and program materials.

Formación

• Experience in Marketing Coordination, Executive Assistance, Digital Marketing Operations, or Operations Support.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, CRM systems, or marketing automation.
• Comfortable using Canva and video editing/content tools.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community engagement.
• Excellent written English and professional communication.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during U.S. PST business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms.
• Manage engagement, DMs, and community interactions.
• Support promotions, events, and advertising campaigns.
• Track basic social performance and maintain reporting.
• Edit short-form videos and create social media graphics.
• Use Canva, VEED, and OpusClip for content.
• Organize and format workbooks, guides, scripts, and program materials.
• Maintain consistent branding across digital content.
• Build and manage workflows in GoHighLevel and other CRMs.
• Execute email campaigns, outreach, and follow-up sequences.
• Maintain clean CRM records and pipeline tracking.
• Ensure leads and participant follow-ups are completed on time.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, communications, and administrative coordination.
• Maintain task trackers and project management sheets.
• Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups.
• Proactively identify gaps or delays in workflows.
• Coordinate onboarding and participant communication.
• Organize digital program and membership resources.
• Track participant progress and outstanding actions.
• Troubleshoot minor platform or account issues.
• Research target audiences and build ICP/prospect lists.
• Support lead generation and outbound marketing initiatives.
• Assist with basic website updates, account setup, reporting, and documentation.
