This is a senior-level opportunity for a marketing professional who can deliver across the entire marketing spectrum — from strategy and brand positioning to digital execution and content creation.

Position information

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy that aligns with MBA Inc.’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on all matters relating to marketing, communications and brand positioning.
  • Champion MBA Inc.’s corporate identity and brand, ensuring consistent application across all platforms and initiatives.
  • Brand & Marketing Execution
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Lead MBA Inc.’s digital presence, including social media, website and online brand positioning.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on marketing effectiveness, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Introduce and implement innovative marketing technologies and approaches to enhance visibility and market share.
Content & Communications
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality, professional content (digital, print, and video).
  • Ensure consistent, timely and impactful communication of internal and external announcements, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Uphold MBA Inc.’s reputation through thought leadership and targeted content strategies.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead the planning, organisation and execution of corporate events, seminars and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with department heads and attorneys to provide marketing support for business development initiatives.
  • Manage external agencies, service providers and strategic partners to deliver best-in-class marketing outcomes.
Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification advantageous).

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years’ proven marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
  • Strong track record in brand management, marketing strategy development and .
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets, leading teams and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Experience within professional services (law, , consulting) will be highly advantageous.
