Join a dynamic, multi-brand car dealership as their Senior Marketing Manager and drive innovation in automotive marketing. Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies
  • Manage marketing budgets and drive exceptional ROI across all initiatives
  • Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and mentor a high-performance marketing team
Traditional & Digital Marketing Excellence
  • Conceptualise impactful traditional campaigns (print, radio, outdoor, events)
  • Collaborate on cutting-edge digital marketing initiatives
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, agencies, and vendors
  • Oversee showroom displays, POS materials, and promotional activities
CRM & Customer Engagement
  • Develop sophisticated CRM strategies to enhance customer lifetime value
  • Create automated customer journey flows and targeted campaigns
  • Analyse customer data to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Brand Management
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across multiple automotive brands
  • Manage external agencies and supplier relationships
  • Create compelling content across various platforms
  • Oversee new model launches and promotional events

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master's preferred)
  • Experience: 5-7 years progressive marketing experience, preferably automotive/high-value retail
  • Expertise: Proven track record in omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Technical: Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication, budget management
