As Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies across multiple prestigious automotive brands. Working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead a dynamic marketing team while managing everything from traditional campaigns to cutting-edge digital initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with ambitious sales targets
- Manage substantial marketing budgets with full P&L accountability
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Lead high-performance marketing team focused on exceptional customer experience
Omni-Channel Campaign Management
- Design impactful traditional marketing campaigns (print, radio, outdoor, events)
- Collaborate on integrated digital strategies across all online channels
- Oversee dealership events, model launches, and promotional activities
- Create compelling point-of-sale materials and showroom displays
CRM & Customer Engagement
- Implement sophisticated CRM strategies to maximise customer lifetime value
- Develop automated nurturing campaigns and loyalty programs
- Analyse customer behaviour patterns for cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure data compliance and system integrity
Brand Management & Performance
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Manage external agencies, OEMs, and vendor relationships
- Monitor campaign ROI and provide actionable insights
- Present performance reports to senior management
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master\'s preferred)
- 5-7 years progressive marketing experience, preferably automotive or high-value retail
- Proven track record in omni-channel campaign development and execution
- Hands-on CRM platform experience with measurable strategy implementation
- Budget management and vendor relationship expertise
