Work set up : Hybrid

Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to take their marketing intelligence to the next level. This role is instrumental in providing datadriven insights that shape business strategy optimise marketing investments and enhance customer engagement across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical expertise excellent communication skills and experience working in a highgrowth ICT environment.

What you will do :

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing analytics framework to assess performance across seven business units and Group Marketing.
  • Conduct predictive and prescriptive analytics to guide strategic marketing planning and ROI optimisation.
  • Design and manage realtime marketing performance dashboards providing insights that support executive decisionmaking.
  • Lead the evaluation of marketing campaigns digital performance customer acquisition and retention strategies with actionable recommendations.
  • Advise business unit leaders on customer segmentation market penetration and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance marketing automation and drive AIbased data analytics for customer insights.
  • Develop datadriven methodologies for marketing budget allocation and forecasting.
  • Support market research initiatives to understand customer behaviour industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Ensure data governance compliance and best practices in marketing intelligence reporting.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Data Science Economics or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in marketing analytics business intelligence or datadriven strategy preferably within a large enterprise or ICT sector.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics marketing performance measurement and business intelligence reporting.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for executive leadership.
  • Experience with SQL Python R or similar analytical tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Power BI Tableau or equivalent data visualisation platforms.
  • Handson experience with marketing automation tools CRM platforms and digital analytics (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics HubSpot etc..
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Expertise in AIdriven marketing analytics machine learning applications and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Experience in B2B marketing analytics within the ICT or technology sector.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead crossfunctional analytics initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced matrixed corporate environment with high levels of autonomy.
