Conduct pre-sales technical exchanges to understand and guide customer requirements.
Provide timely responses to customer technical inquiries during the pre-sales phase.
Develop and present technical solutions to customers, and complete product configuration sheets.
Oversee project management, including initial technical discussions, solution finalization, production scheduling, and support for product delivery (including documentation), installation, and commissioning throughout the project lifecycle.
Gather and organize market information on products.
Author technical proposals and other relevant documentation.
Qualifications
Fluent in English or other local languages, with strong communication skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
At least one year of experience in the new energy, power, or related industries.
Familiarity with new energy system architecture.
Excellent communication, coordination, and logical thinking skills.
