Job description

Job Title: Senior Manager Supply Chain

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

Responsibilities:

1. Manage critical integration points in the supply chain, including P&O, inbound, and outbound logistics, by conducting audits, assessing risks, defining mitigation strategies, and overseeing implementation to ensure optimal performance.
2. Ensure achievement of long-term mass balance through inventory management, maintaining standards, ensuring timely supplies, monitoring equipment, and resource deployment.
3. Provide supply chain expertise and strategic guidance by staying updated on industry practices, engaging stakeholders, and presenting recommendations.
4. Maintain ISO certifications through audits, compliance reviews, and addressing non-conformities.
5. Lead Enaex Africa's BBBEE initiatives, including setting targets, implementing programs, and managing change processes.
6. Ensure compliant sourcing and appointment of service providers via audits and performance reviews, upholding transparency and integrity.
