Position: Senior Manager - Security Architecture

We are looking for an incumbent to join us as we build a successful business together. As part of your portfolio as Senior Manager - Security Architecture, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing a comprehensive security architecture strategy, ensuring compliance with industry frameworks, and managing risk across the organization.
2. Overseeing the design and implementation of scalable security solutions, collaborating with various departments to integrate security measures into the Fintech ecosystem.
3. Staying updated with the latest security trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

The incumbent must have the following:

1. 4-Year Computer Science Degree, Postgraduate is preferred.
2. CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS or related security certifications.
3. 8 – 10 years of relevant working experience.
4. Manager track record of 5 years or more in the telecommunications industry.
5. 2-3 years' working experience in managing information security in a large organization.
6. Experience in designing and implementing organization-wide information security frameworks.
7. Experience in managing and implementing large-scale information security projects.
8. Experience in Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Compliance.
9. Experience working in Africa and the Middle East and have a grasp of political, social, infrastructure, and integrity challenges.
10. Advanced working understanding of the information technology environment of a telecom company.
11. Deep expert knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (PCI-DSS, ISO, POPI, GDPR).

What will give an edge to your application:

1. Masters Degree in Business Administration.
2. SABSA and/or TOGAF qualification.
3. Other Architectural qualifications (ITIL, TOGAF, TMF, COBIT).
4. Worked across diverse cultures and geographies.
