Job Description
Mission / Core Purpose of the Job
- Drive the execution of Brand and Marketing (B&M) strategies at the regional and segment levels, translating central strategic direction into localized initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation, customization, and operationalization of strategies within regions, focusing on B2C and B2B segments to enable market share growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
- Lead activities across trade marketing, sponsorships, events, media planning, PR, and digital marketing, aligning with central strategies and regional market needs.
- Bridge the gap between central B&M functions and regional execution to ensure initiatives are locally relevant and impactful.
Key Activities & Responsibilities
Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop regional marketing strategies to grow market share, product adoption, customer loyalty, and improve NPS and brand health.
- Collaborate with central teams and regional leadership to adapt and implement GTM strategies based on local conditions.
- Implement regional B&M strategies aligned with segment and central goals.
- Deliver end-to-end GTM plans for products and services across segments.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful strategy execution and regional alignment.
- Drive media planning, sponsorships, events, and digital marketing strategies in line with central directives.
- Formulate plans to improve NPS, ensuring regional initiatives are effective and aligned with central targets.
Regional Marketing Delivery Leadership
- Analyze marketing data and metrics such as brand health and NPS.
- Lead teams to execute GTM plans and trade marketing initiatives.
- Support business units with marketing activities to enhance brand health, market share, and customer loyalty.
- Manage regional sponsorships, events, and PR to boost brand affinity and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver impactful marketing activations.
- Maintain media and PR relationships and promote local CSR initiatives.
- Define and monitor KPIs for regional marketing initiatives, reporting on effectiveness and areas for improvement.
People Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage multifunctional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and develop talent within the team.
- Promote employee engagement, diversity, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure team alignment with company values and strategic objectives.

Education, Skills, and Experience
Education:
- 4-year tertiary qualification in relevant or related field.
- MBA / Masters preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in Brand and Marketing, with 3-5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience with GTM strategies for B2C and B2B segments.
- Experience managing trade marketing, sponsorships, events, and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage regional marketing operations and align with central strategies.
- Telecommunications industry experience is preferred.
- Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies is advantageous.
