How You'll Contribute

1. Review and propose reporting enhancements and potential efficiency projects.
2. Manage reviews of financial reporting and analysis process/template and optimization.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
4. Assist in creation of financial strategies to support key business objectives and Margin expansion.
5. Project Management: Lead and manage finance-related projects from initiation to completion.
6. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
7. Monitor project progress and adjust plans, as necessary.
8. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management/EXCO.
9. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with CFO to develop long-term financial strategies.
10. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
11. Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
12. Collaborate with existing Senior Finance Leadership.
13. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work ethic.

Additional Requirements

1. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

What You'll Bring

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
2. Professional certification such as CA is highly desirable.
3. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and project management roles.
4. Proven track record of managing complex financial projects.
5. Experience in working with high-performing teams.
