Job description

Visa Money Movement (VMM) is a suite of products that Visa provides to clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, and service providers) to facilitate moving money to Cards, Accounts, and Wallets around the world.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager - Visa Direct Sales Engineering and Solutioning will be a key team member of the CEMEA MM team responsible for leading solution design client discussions for domestic and cross-border Pull or Push-to-Card (VDC), Account (VDA), or Wallet (VDW) money movement services.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and serve as a technical advisor on Visa Direct product platform and offered services.
  2. Analyze requirements and propose multiple solution options & recommendations.
  3. Manage client onboarding and implementation, working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
  4. Identify gaps and opportunities for solution completeness.
  5. Provide technical leadership to accelerate solution design and adoption of new features.
  6. Develop understanding of Visa Direct APIs and explain complex API concepts to clients.
  7. Promote Visa’s value-added services to clients and support their adoption.
  8. Coordinate with business, product, technology, and client services teams to develop client solutions.
  9. Plan and manage client integration strategies, schedules, and deadlines.
  10. Identify new business opportunities and develop technical proposals.
  11. Monitor and optimize solution performance.
  12. Create presentations for internal and external discussions.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications

- 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree.

- Strong understanding of web technologies, RESTful APIs, and payment technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Visa APIs and fintech support.

- Knowledge of cross-border remittance, foreign exchange, AML, Fraud, and Sanctions is a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.

- Proficiency in French is a plus.
