What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership
- Own and execute our digital performance marketing strategy across all channels (paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, influencer, etc.).
- Set and deliver on aggressive growth, customer acquisition, and ROI goals.
- Lead, inspire, and grow a top-tier team of performance marketers.
- Drive and evolve our CRM strategy, leveraging platforms like Hubspot.
Campaign Execution & Budget Ownership
- Manage and optimize multimillion-Rand marketing budgets across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead campaign design, implementation, A / B testing, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to produce compelling, high-performing ad assets.
Analytics & Optimization
- Build a robust test-and-learn culture focused on performance and efficiency.
- Analyze channel attribution, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, and other key metrics to improve performance.
- Use data insights to fine-tune campaigns and inform broader marketing strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools.
- Manage agency relationships and external partners to drive campaign success and innovation.
What You Bring
- 7+ years in performance / digital marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering results with large-scale budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
- Deep expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, DSPs, and CRM platforms.
- Analytical mindset with experience in platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Agile, data-driven, and always experimenting.
Preferred :
- Background in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or startups.
- Experience with attribution models, marketing automation, and customer segmentation.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
