FSCA seeks an experienced internal communications leader to develop and execute the internal comms strategy, strengthening employee engagement, leadership visibility, strategic alignment, and change adoption. Purpose Of The Job To ensure the development and execution of the FSCA's internal communication strategy to strengthen employee engagement, leadership visibility, strategic alignment, and change adoption. The role serves as a trusted adviser to senior executives and ensures employees understand the organisation's purpose, strategy, priorities, risks, and performance. The role includes managing internal communication, FSCA website, creative services, language and editing services, internal stakeholder engagement, and the performance reporting of the Communications department. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Communications.
The candidate must demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Strategic thinking and the ability to align communication initiatives with organisational priorities. Strong leadership and people management skills. Sound judgement and decision-making, especially under pressure. Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills. Emotional intelligence, professionalism, and resilience. Excellent writing, editing, presentation and content development skills. Knowledge of crisis communication and rapid response planning. Understanding of digital and social media communication. Ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear and accessible message.
