Job summary

FSCA seeks an experienced internal communications leader to develop and execute the internal comms strategy, strengthening employee engagement, leadership visibility, strategic alignment, and change adoption. The role serves as a trusted adviser to senior executives and ensures employees understand the organisation's purpose, strategy, priorities, risks, and performance.

The role includes managing internal communication, FSCA website, creative services, language editing, and performance

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear messages.
• Strong writing, editing and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational communication plans aligned to FSCA strategy.
• Manage internal communication, regulatory interventions, and sensitive organisational matters.
• Lead internal change management communications initiatives.
• Coordinate internal communications to keep employees informed and aligned with priorities.
• Oversee the creative hub: graphic design, web content, multimedia outputs and internal digital campaigns.
