A leading company in Fintech is seeking a Senior Manager: Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness and commercial success. We are looking at an incumbent to join us as we build a successful business together.As part of your portfolio as a Senior Manager : Marketing Lead, you will : Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to drive acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and commercial results.Design end-to-end campaign strategies that include OOH, Radio, TV, Influencer Engagement, PR, Ecosystem Partnerships, and Social Media.Align campaign strategies with local market needs and the broader eCommerce growth roadmap.Lead the execution of performance-driven online and offline marketing campaigns across all operating countries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, product, UX / UI, data, and local OpCo marketing leads.Oversee measurement and analytics for both online and offline campaigns, delivering insights and ROI analysis.Ensure the different mobile and web applications are easily found by the target audience.Collaborate with internal product teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Drive collaboration with Brand Marketing, UX / UI, IT, OpCo, Legal and other relevant stakeholders to drive the development and execution of digital consumer engagementEnsure excellent consumer experiences through designing and executing customer journeys through digital channels.Analyze, evaluate, and recommend improvements of content creation, principles and guidelines.Continuous monitoring and performance reporting on progress of key performance indicators against budget, plans and rolling forecasts; highlighting gaps vs budget.Ensure business reporting is continuously aligned to reflect changes in business strategy and execution.Provide periodical input around budgets and performance reporting as and when required.Own end-to-end marketing performance metrics across all channels.Govern brand safety, compliance, and marketing spend efficiencies.Report on consolidated campaign performance to the Group General Manager – eCommerce.The incumbent must have the following : 4-year Business Administration, Marketing, Operations (or related) DegreeMasters in business administration is advantageous.Minimum 7–10 years in marketing roles with 5+ years in integrated marketing, including offline ATL / BTL execution.Experience leading regional marketing across multiple African or emerging markets.Proven track record managing multi-channel marketing budgets, teams, and agencies.Background in E-Commerce, Telco, or Fintech strongly preferred.Demonstrated success in driving business growth via marketing performance.Team Management of different Marketing Leads in multiple African marketsPrior experience of E-Commerce Companies preferred.Experience at the management level in the Digital sectorExperience working in a medium to large organization.Deep understanding of the E-Commerce & Fintech ecosystem, players, business models and industry related best practicesExperience working across global locations / regions and have a grasp of political, social, infrastructure and integrity challenges.Willing and flexible to travel within Africa and Middle EastReady to make and drive the change with us?
