She Manager

We have an open role for a qualified CA (SA) in Pretoria with 5 years senior management experience plus proven experience managing a team.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring financial statements comply with applicable accounting standards (IFRS and GRAP).
2. Design and align financial management processes in response to the environment within which the organization operates.
3. Lead towards the strategic management and alignment of the finance function.
4. Ensure the integrity of financial (recording, treatment, disclosure) and management accounting (relevant, timeous, measurable and value add) information.
5. Create and maintain capacity (time, skill and physical people) within the finance dept. to respond effectively to growth and development.

Minimum Requirements:

1. CA (SA)
2. Minimum 5 years senior management experience, with proven experience managing a team.
3. Experience in IFRS and GRAP.
4. Financial management and reporting experience in the financial services sector with preference for treasury exposure.
