Experience Required
  • Business Enablement: Business & Commercial Banking
  • 7-10 years in digital sales growth, managing eCommerce or digital product portfolios, and optimizing sales funnels for measurable value.
  • 7-10 years in data-driven decision making, analyzing client behavior, interpreting digital metrics, and scaling initiatives.
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams, managing contributors, and collaborating across marketing, design, product, and tech teams.
  • 3+ years presenting strategies and outcomes to senior leaders, influencing stakeholders.
Preferred

Experience in digital transformation, product management, or leadership roles combining strategic thinking and execution.
