Senior Manager: Commercial Business Development – Road Freight SSADP
Location: World City, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
This role is responsible for implementing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and identifying new opportunities across all our capabilities.
The focus is on assisting the Commercial Lead to expand current business clients and renew contracts.
A key objective is to drive revenue and expand our market footprint through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
The role is crucial for expanding the organization's market presence and client base. It supports the Commercial Lead in achieving strategies for Road Freight, focusing on the Operating Company.
The position offers expertise, advice, and support related to the sales process.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-8+ years in commercial roles with a successful track record in sales and business development.
Proficient in financial management, logistics, supply chain, modeling, costing, and budgeting.
