About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager: AI Solution Design & Architecture to lead the design and execution of scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions. You will be responsible for shaping the entire AI solution blueprint and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate brings a balance of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and a strong commitment to ethical AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and innovative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise technical and architectural standards.

• Translate business requirements into strategic AI solution architecture and integrate cloud-native tools from major hyperscalers.

• Drive modular, scalable solution designs capable of adapting to growing data volumes and evolving business needs.

• Oversee the AI solution lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring performance, cost-efficiency, and minimal latency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing platforms like CRM, ERP, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Orchestrate deployment, performance monitoring, and retraining of AI models to maintain optimal efficiency and relevance.

• Ensure compliance with strict data privacy, security, and ethical standards by implementing appropriate protocols and frameworks.

• Liaise with AI Ethics & Compliance teams to uphold regulatory and industry standards throughout the AI solution lifecycle.

• Promote fairness, explainability, and transparency in all AI deployments, advocating responsible AI practices.

• Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on emerging technologies, including AI, edge computing, and IoT.

• Maintain detailed documentation of AI designs, models, configurations, and deployment processes for future reference.

• Refine and evolve AI solutions based on feedback from business and technical users.

Skills & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Relevant certifications in AI/ML and Cloud Computing (e.g., AWS Certified ML, Azure AI Engineer – Preferred)

Experience:

• 8+ years in AI solution design and architecture within complex telecom or tech environments

• Proven track record with machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering

• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP

• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn)

• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Strong data engineering knowledge (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)

• MLOps expertise for managing AI model lifecycles
