As the Senior Manager: Programme Governance and Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust AI governance frameworks. You will oversee AI program compliance, enforce regulatory standards, and ensure alignment with internal and external best practices. This role demands a strategic leader with strong stakeholder management capabilities, a sound understanding of AI governance, and a sharp eye for risk, compliance, and ethical AI operations.
Lead the strategic establishment and governance of standards, processes, and frameworks across all AI programs.
Oversee delivery governance by tracking trends, identifying anomalies, and proactively mitigating risks.
Serve as the primary advisor for AI governance, communicating policy and regulatory updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Monitor evolving AI regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring alignment with internal governance policies.
Develop and enforce responsible AI development policies in line with global standards.
Ensure ethical AI compliance, focusing on fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy.
Partner with legal and regulatory teams to manage AI risks and implement audit mechanisms and compliance checks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI principles across the AI lifecycle.
Drive risk mitigation efforts around AI bias, privacy, and security, and define metrics and KPIs to assess alignment.
Produce dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, compliance, and financials for AI initiatives.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in governance and reporting processes.
Conduct AI governance training and awareness programs for internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in engineering or artificial intelligence (preferred)
Minimum 8 years’ experience in programme governance and reporting, ideally in AI, telecom, or technology sectors
Proven success in leading AI governance frameworks and reporting structures
Practical experience in managing full-cycle AI projects with a focus on compliance and performance
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Deep knowledge of AI principles, frameworks, and regulatory standards
Familiarity with technical domains including cloud computing, agile development, security, privacy, and network architecture
Strong project governance, compliance auditing, and reporting capabilities
Understanding of regional and global compliance mandates
