Job Description
To formulate and implement an effective new business acquisition plans to onboard new to bank Commercial Banking clients with a target turnover of between R300m to R2billion per annum. To leverage and optimise people, resources, channels, business and risk controls in line with commercial market potential, to maximise business growth, retention and profitability targets.
Qualifications
- Type of Qualification: First Degree
- Field of Study: Business Commerce/ Accounting/ Mathematical Sciences
- CA(SA) preferred
Experience Required
Previous managerial experience of 8 years as a Business Manager, Account Manager, Relationship Manager or any other related role dealing with high value commercial customers. Imperative to have a minimum of 3 years Capital Structuring experience in Commercial Banking determining Debt Capacity, calculating appropriate financial covenants, understanding and articulating these covenants and measurements to customers, preparing and motivating credit applications, business and industry risks.
