Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant for our client in Kimberley, Northern Cape. You will lead client engagements from diagnosis to implementation, leveraging strategic planning, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives.

You will conduct market research, develop strategies, and present recommendations to executives, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm thought leadership. Occasional travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field (MBA/ Master’s desirable).
• 5–7 years in management consulting, strategic planning, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead engagements and deliver presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex client engagements with focus on strategic analysis and operational improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop business strategies and actionable implementation plans for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders at all levels to build consensus.
• Prepare and present high-impact reports and recommendations to senior executives.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Contribute to proprietary methodologies and thought leadership within the firm.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery.
