The ideal candidate has a strong background in organizational design, change management, HR strategy, and technology adoption, with experience guiding senior executives through complex transformations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, HR strategy, or organizational development with remote/hybrid focus.
• Proven expertise in change management, employee engagement, and HR policy development.
• Strong understanding of collaboration technologies and digital workplace solutions.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities; comfortable leading virtual engagements.
