Assisting the department to implement, improve, and maintain policies and procedures. Responsible for lender and donor reporting and governance in accordance with their covenants and agreements. Responsible for Loan Capital and Grant Management, Annual Budgeting, and Forecasting. Will be responsible for preparing the organization for the external audit, including preparing all documents, reports, and analyses that the external auditors will require, including all IFRS calculations and statements/reports. Providing strong strategic leadership to the finance team. Maintaining a comprehensive filing system or record keeping for ease of access and retrieval. Ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies, systems, and procedures. Managing the day-to-day transactional relationships with all banks; optimizing the use of bank accounts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Accounting
• Minimum of five years' experience in accounting
• Minimum of 3 years in a management position
• Advanced Excel Skills (Non-negotiable)
