Reporting to : CFO & Finance Director

Compensation : R1,000,000 – R1,200,000 (CTC)

Contract : 12-month fixed term (with potential for permanent placement based on performance)

Working model : On-site

The opportunity that awaits you :

An exciting opportunity exists for a results-oriented Senior Management Accountant to join a dynamic team in the East Rand.

The role will play a key part in supporting the CFO and MD by providing insightful financial reporting, strategic analytics, and business decision-making support.

Your key responsibilities :

1. Prepare monthly operational and financial performance reports
2. Present key insights to the CFO and MD to inform strategic decisions
3. Perform detailed financial modelling and scenario planning
4. Lead strategic analytics and operational reporting initiatives
5. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
6. Liaise with cross-functional departments to drive financial strategy
7. Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems

Our required expertise :

• CIMA (Strategic Level or higher) or TOPP CIMA completed
• A Qualified CA(SA) with relevant experience will also be considered
• 2–3 years of management-level experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP
• Proven experience in financial modelling – must be able to demonstrate having built models
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at executive level
• Strong understanding of operational and strategic financial reporting
• Stable track record in prior roles
