Compensation: R1,000,000 – R1,400,000 (CTC)

Contract: 12-month fixed term (with potential for permanent placement based on performance)

An exciting opportunity exists for a results-oriented Senior Management Accountant to join a dynamic team in the East Rand. The role will play a key part in supporting the CFO and MD by providing insightful financial reporting, strategic analytics, and business decision-making support.

Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly operational and financial performance reports
• Present key insights to the CFO and MD to inform strategic decisions
• Perform detailed financial modelling and scenario planning
• Lead strategic analytics and operational reporting initiatives
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Liaise with cross-functional departments to drive financial strategy
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems

Our required expertise:

• CIMA (Strategic Level or higher) or TOPP CIMA completed
• A Qualified CA(SA) with relevant experience will also be considered
• 2–3 years of management-level experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP
• Proven experience in financial modelling – must be able to demonstrate having built models
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at executive level
• Strong understanding of operational and strategic financial reporting
• Stable track record in prior roles
