About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced computer vision algorithms and deep learning models. Train, evaluate, and optimize models for tasks such as object detection, image segmentation, facial recognition, and video analysis. Manage and preprocess large-scale image and video datasets. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems and applications. Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in computer vision and machine learning. Develop robust data pipelines for efficient model training and inference. Monitor model performance in production and implement improvements as needed. Stay current with the latest research and industry trends in computer vision and AI. Contribute to the team's technical roadmap and architectural decisions.

Requirements

Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Computer Vision or Machine Learning. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong emphasis on computer vision. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, and scikit-learn. Solid understanding of deep learning architectures relevant to computer vision (e.g., CNNs, GANs, Transformers). Experience with GPU computing and distributed training frameworks. Proven ability to deploy machine learning models into production environments. Strong understanding of image processing techniques and principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
