Job summary

Parvana in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer specialized in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Power Automate to own escalations and deliver advanced incident resolution.

You will work in a hybrid setup (3 days in-office), mentor junior colleagues, develop troubleshooting playbooks, and collaborate with product and customer teams to improve adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in technical consulting or SaaS support
• At least 4 years hands-on with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience as technical lead or senior escalation point is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex, high-impact incidents as a senior escalation point for critical, time-sensitive issues.
• Provide consultative guidance on product architecture and best practices to customers.
• Champion customer feedback to internal teams and mitigate risks to adoption and retention.
• Ensure SLA compliance and drive continuous improvements through root cause analysis.
• Deliver advanced training for customers and develop troubleshooting playbooks and support patterns.
• Mentor consultants through case reviews and share knowledge to elevate team capability.
• Lead smoke testing during deployments to minimize risk and ensure quality prior to go-live.
• Advise stakeholders on SharePoint architecture and configuration while overseeing template updates.
