Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with at least 7 years in M&A.
• Proven track record of managing complex M&A deals.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and contract law.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical abilities.
• Understanding of financial statements and valuation principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Superior communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in corporate legal departments or top law firms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and JVs.
• Conduct due diligence, identify risks, and advise mitigation strategies.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize M&A agreements and term sheets.

• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements during transactions.
