Benchmark Senior Living is seeking an experienced Mobility Specialist to join our team at Richards Bay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services for residents to medical appointments, outings, and shopping trips.

Responsibilities:

• Drive residents safely and efficiently to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Assist residents with activities during excursions and accompany groups when not using the van.
• Maintain vehicles to the required standards, ensuring they are always in good working condition.
• Monitor resident activity and provide assistance as needed, responding promptly to any emergencies or concerns.

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.
• Previous experience working with seniors is desirable but not necessary.
