• Tertiary Qualification(s): Matric, Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering (advantage)

Job-related Requirements

• 2–3 years experience in planning, scheduling, and balancing operational workload in a warehouse environment

Main Purpose of the Role

Responsible for coordinating, planning, and controlling daily, weekly, and monthly tasks within a Distribution Center, including expediting, planning, scheduling, and resource balancing to meet internal and external requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand customer and client requirements, develop strong relationships, and manage contractual SLAs & KPIs
• Adhere to HSE compliance
• Manage query resolution, system checks, outbound schedules, capacity analysis, and develop optimal warehouse execution plans
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and create alternatives when targets are not achievable
• Implement job rotation for team flexibility and growth
• Review data regularly to identify improvement areas
