Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a 3rd line Linux Engineer
• Expert-level Linux administration on Ubuntu and Red Hat
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and services
• Understanding of ITIL-based service management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Provide expert 3rd line technical support for complex Linux incidents
• Collaborate with service integrator and third parties to ensure stability, performance and security
• Lead planning and execution of change and release activities including patches
• Maintain and enhance configuration data for accuracy
• Act as escalation point and drive incidents to resolution
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
• Contribute to high-quality technical documentation
• Adhere to ITIL-based policies within service management
