Job Role: Business Analyst

The Business Analyst works collaboratively with developers, testers, and stakeholders to analyze and document business processes, gather requirements, and communicate effectively.

Daily Tasks

• Conduct detailed analyses
• Identify business improvements
• Translate requirements into actionable insights to inform decisions and strategies

Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge

• 3-year qualification in a relevant technical, financial, or analytical field
• Diploma in Business Analysis from FTI or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role within a formal business analysis environment
• Experience within the Financial Services sector, working in a Scrum development process
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and completing test cases
• Ability to facilitate, research, model, and define requirements

Note: This is a full-time, onsite role for a Fintech client located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Cape Town.
