Hire Resolve’s client, a prestigious law firm based in Sandton, is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist with expertise in Property Law to join their team. As a Senior Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert legal support and guidance in property-related matters.

Responsibilities :

  • Reviewing and drafting legal documents related to property transactions, such as leases, contracts, agreements, and deeds.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on property law issues and providing recommendations to management.
  • Negotiating and settling property disputes, including boundary disputes, easements, and zoning issues.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including real estate professionals, to provide legal guidance on property-related matters.
  • Monitoring legislative changes and ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations.
  • Representing the company in legal proceedings related to property law, including court appearances and arbitrations.
  • Training and mentoring junior legal staff on property law issues and best practices.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property law, with a focus on commercial and residential real estate transactions.
