Our client is a well-established Law Firm practicing in the Sandton Area of Johannesburg, South Africa, seeking a Senior Legal Secretary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Full function secretarial and administration assistance for 2 Directors
- High court and Magistrate court litigation
- Working on Case Lines
- Liaising with Advocates, Counsel, and high-end clients directly
- Experience in Conveyancing
- Typing commercial documents and agreements
- Formatting of long documents
- Professional meeting arrangements and diary co-ordination
- Basic time capturing and billing
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 5+ years’ experience as legal secretary
- Typing 65+ wpm
- Excellent knowledge of general MS Office packages and Ghost Practice
- MS Word advanced functions; track changes, bullets and numbering and columns and tables etc.
- Dictaphone phone typing, diary management
