• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 8+ years post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and transactional work.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal advice and manage complex matters.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate significant contracts and agreements.
• Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
• Ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations.
• Advise senior management on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage external counsel as needed.
