• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 5+ years PQE in project finance, energy or infrastructure law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex project documents.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal counsel on energy and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, concession agreements, financing documents, and JV agreements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for SA energy/infrastructure projects.
